Summary: Works well. You have to adjust the water level switch (directions are on YouTube - just search) so that the tub fills completely, but other than that it is great. The design is essentially unchanged from at least 15 years ago - I had an Amana branded version of this machine from 1999, and the new...
Summary: Speed Queen top load washer AWN432, bought at local appliance store for $769 I hope I can help someone avoid all the frustration and headache I had for weeks trying to figure out why I was having foam coming out of the drain hose (not the washer itself) during the last 2 minutes of the normal eco...
Summary: I got this machine to replace a broke front loader Kenmore Elite He3t. I vowed to never get a front loader again. They simply don't get the clothes clean. This beauty queen is old school. Central agitator, fills up the tub with water, spins so fast that clothes are barely wet when done.
Summary: I have been married to a dairy farmer for over 30 years and have done a lot of really dirty laundry. When my large capacity Whirlpool Cabrio of 5 years (the best washer I ever owned) quit, I thought I could not go wrong replacing it with an new HE machine. What a mistake!
We went back to what works. A top loader that uses plenty of water and an agitator!

Summary: Anyone reviewing how this machine is built ( in the USA ) will see that it is truly superior to foreign junk with fancy circuit boards that fail in 2 years. Even the standard US brands have debased themselves with made in Mexico components, plastic gears, flimsy non-galvanized steel.
Summary: After a stressful and frustrating experience with an expensive LG HE top load high tech turbo washer that did not clean clothing at all, and finally getting a refund, I purchased from a local store a Speed Queen washer and I am so glad that I did.
Summary: After 2 broken Whirlpool washing machines in 2 months, decided to purchase the Speed Queen AWN432. I have spent hours & hours reading reviews from other washing manufacturers (whirlpool, maytag, frigidaire, kenmore, kitchenaid, amana, jenn-air, LG, & samsung) along with various youtube videos and...
