Summary: All of the positive reviews seem to be from people with brand new machines, and negative from people who have had them a while. I've had my machine for 2 years, and I only do 1-2 loads a week, so it is not abused.
Summary: I have had this washer for 2 years now. We always get an error message even after it was professionally serviced. It was serviced before the warranty expired but they will no longer accept the warranty even though they were never able to fix the initial problem.
Summary: The washer door got locked couple of days after the purchase. We called up Samsung customer support & they needed the serial number. Apparently, to look at the serial number, you need to open the door & they won't provide service, till they know serial number.
