Excerpt: We bought this machine less than 2 1/2 years ago. It gets average use since it is just my wife and I. Now the bearing on the drum is shot! $535 in parts and $135 in labor to fix. Repair man says it's better to just replace the whole unit. WTF! Needless to say were going back to a top load machine after talking with a repair shop in town. He services all types of machines and sells new also. NOT ONE FRONT LOADER IN HIS STORE BECAUSE HE SAYS THEY ARE ALL JUNK. If you buy one of these get the extended warranty!!!

Summary: I did a lot of research before buying this item. It is installed in a new upstairs laundry so vibration and noise were a huge consideration.
