Question: Washer does NOT spin out all the water. Clothes are still soaked

We have to turn washer on spin again after first cycle is completed. Clothes are still drenched with water. What is the problem??? P.S. we do have it on high spin. Thanks for any input.

    We have experienced the same problem - getting service has been very difficult - the first service call said it was a 2 man job; the last service call was on 2/5/10; said they needed to order parts which will take at least 10 days as the washer is so new. Mean time, the washer is out of commission - could be the bearings or lack of calcium cloride?
