I like their TVs

  • Summary: I have this washing machine and the matching dryer, the dryer broke under warranty. I found out that your warranty gets extended a few months if you register your machines. I registered my washer and dryer. My washer broke under the extended warranty, both times they replaced a circuit board. They look good and that's about it.

short people in wet climates? like to dry clothes outside? not for you!

  • Summary: I bought the Samsung wa5451 about 6 weeks ago and use it 5 or 6 times a week for all kinds of laundry. Here are some things consumer reports and other reviews didn't think about but are important to me. 1) LEAVES HAIR AND LINT ON CLOTHES and in the washing machine. As far as I have found, none of the new washers have a lint / hair /small particle trap in the washing machine like to old ones do. Dog hair and stuff are still on the clothes when they come out.

Samsung WA5471ABP is a very good appliance

  • Summary: I purchased this item through another vendor but felt like I should provide a review for those whom are in the same situation I was in. Five and a half years ago I jumped on the front-loader bandwagon and bought a top of the line Whirlpool Duet 9400 dryer/washer with pedestals. The washer worked well for 4 years though it was the loudest machine in the house. The dryer is still functioning. Whirlpool duet washer started the F09 error which can basically be anything.

Great machine

  • Summary: I had a Maytag washing machine that lasted 22 years without problems, but the tub rusted out and replaced it with the Samsung WA5471. What a great product! The stainless steel tub is much deeper and with no agitator to contend with, my clothes don't get as wrinkled or damaged and can finally wash the bedspreads. The machine is quieter and vibrates less, but wash cycles are longer.

Very User UNfriendly

  • Summary: I hate my new samsung washer, dryer combo. I would be happy to return it to the manufactor for several reasons. We measured to make sure this would fit in the same location as our old washer dryer. It did, same dimensions on the width. Surprise its is several inches taller, and the drum set so low I need a foot stool to reach items in the bottom of it.

  • Summary: This is an outstanding washer. One point........READ the OPERATORS MANUAL!!!!!!! I see some people did not. Shame on you as this is a real quality piece of equipment that really gets clothes clean and you should know how to opertate the equipment for best results. I can tell you the dryer is just as good. Very pleased with this product. It cleans and drys better than any thing we have owned in the past. Oh, and the steam feature is simply awesome.

Still not sure.....

  • Summary: Have my Samsung top loader 2 days now.....a little disappointed in the water levels....I still don't understand why these manufacturers won't let the consumer decide how much water they want to use. We pay for our water...The normal cycle barely has enough water to cover the clothes, but if you use the Towel cycle, you have a full washer full of water, but with the towel cycle, for smaller loads, it's too much water.
