Summary: First of all, I would say the customer service and the delivery was very satisfactory. But, I do have gripes about the washing machine. First and foremost, I do not like how long it takes for each cycle for it to wash a load. You might as well watch a movie cause it takes that long for your load to wash. Also, this top loader HE washing machine really doesn't completely get the clothes clean. I say i made a mistake in buying this machine.
Summary: I used to be a huge advocate of Samsung products. I have purchased 3 Samsung TV's, multiple galaxy phones/tablets, and most recently a washer and dryer from Samsung in early July. Both the washer and dyer I ordered were dented in many places, but I chalked that up to Best Buys delivery guys. The washer worked great for exactly 3 months before it crapped out in early October. Now I have been without a washing machine for the past 2 months.

I bought my Samsung Washing Machine in April 2013. It broke in August 2013. After numerous calls, I finally heard back from Samsung weeks later. Instead of replacing my machine, they sent a repair company to my house to fix it. And again. And again. And again.
