Summary: I just get a tangled mess of clothes in one giant wad that I spend 5 minutes untying. And, of course, clothes don't get clean. I put items in one by one and don't overload but it doesn't matter. Long sleeves and pant legs cannot be tolerated by this machine.
Summary: I saved for this washer and couldn't be more disappointed. I have gone back to my "old" washer in the basement. If you want your clothes rinsed and smelling good then this is your washer, but everything I want cleaned comes out just as dirty as when I put it in. Am I doing something wrong?
Summary: It is a front loaded dryer. A reason a person buys a front loader is one should be able to wash oversized items. THis washer when it get a conforter will not go into spin. Th program will try continue to try and balance the load. THis only happened once.
Summary: We recently purchased the Maytag Front Load Washer MHWE450W and could not be more pleased. It is well-made (in Germany no less), has wonderful controls, and looks attractive in my daughter's home. She has a new baby, so the unit is already seeing regular use.
Summary: Maytag MHWE450WW washer Jan 18, 2011: This is THE BEST washer I've ever had or used! I LOVE it and can't say enough good about it. I bought it in Nov 2010 so I've had it about 2 months and I do 2 or 3 loads a day with a family of 5. I researched a lot.
Summary: Have had this washer less than 2 weeks. So far, quick cycle gets stuck part way thru the cycle. Have had to cancel twice and take clothes out, unfinished. Also washed a queen comforter and that barely fit.
