Summary: We had created closet for our old Kenmore / frigidare stacking washer and dryer. When the dryer became tempermental about generating heat, we started looking for a new washer and dryer set. To our surprise, virtually every washer and dryer sold today are gigantic.
Summary: It's fits a small space, works well and smoothly. I think most of the complaints come from not following the installation instructions to REMOVE THE PACKING BOLTS FROM THE BACK OF THE MACHINE. As my installer found out, this creates knocking, shaking and moving (he had removed only one bolt).
Summary: I bought this washer for my summer vacation condo. It was purchased in May of 2014. In May of 2015, I started getting F:07 errors. When the repair person examined the washer, it turned out that the motor would need to be replaced at a cost of $900. The purchase price was $550.
Summary: I own 2 of these washers and so far very pleased with the performance of them. One is 2 years old the other 1. no issues to date and really like the fast spin cycle, clothes come out much dryer than a top loader. Also uses less water and detergent.
Summary: Just after the warranty expired the sensor on the door stopped working. Spent $250 to have it repaired. 6 months later it's broken again. Trying to decide if I should junk it and get a different washer. Too bad. Limited options for smaller units.
Summary: I've never had to write a bad review for anything before, but I've been so disappointed in the performance of this machine, and after reading other reviews I now realize I'm not alone. The unit looks and fits perfectly in the small space I have it, and WHEN it works, it runs well and is very quiet.
Summary: I bought a 24 in unit in 2011 and it has been serviced three (3) times! It is a very loud unit as well, scaring my dogs to death. I also own a bosch small 24 inch unit at my rental, and it has also had a terrible repair record.
