This product had potential. U think many buyers are blinded by its neat design and ok cleaning aboties. However.......

Like another poster the water level sensing is horrible. It fills far to high and if you pause and restart it will 9 times out of ten fill nearly to the top on even an extremely smalllll load. Further the settings on temp is horrible. In more times than not warm is cold hot is sometimes warm bit cold is always cold. Terrible feature controls.

If you are looking for an economical washer to save energy forget this washer it uses a boat load of water and the lack of really being able to select temp and wash modes is more of a catch to get the buyer. It is very inconsistent and uses a ton of water on small loads. The disc agitator has barelly enough fins to clean anything. The high spun speeds are great. The direct drive motor 10 year warranty is tops but you will spend more in water bills filling this tub.

Look on its not efficient at all.

Like I said most other reviewers were memorized on its clicks and lights but probably have no clue their settings g are not accurate and the water is being wasted!

Good luck of you buy this boat!

LG won't allow this review on their site since they apparently allow negative reviews. They said it doesn't align with their posting guidelines although it breaks none of them.

I got this washer in late Nov. First one was filling 4" from top on most every load no matter what was in it- in the cotton normal, towels or bulky bedding. Maybe one load out of 10 only filled water just above the clothes. I can replicate this each time also by pausing the cotton cycle after it fills once. Then start again and it fills all the way up. So long story short- I have had three machines sent to me. Each with same issue. Repair man came out today to replace board and pressure sensor and that didn't fix it. So he is scratching head wondering whats up and calling his LG rep. One machine I can live with but now 3?? It now is filling up to inside the top white ring so well above the tub line and about 1-2" from flooding. I am very frustrated since everyone says this is a good machine. I can show in photos or video to prove this. If it is a bad batch the repairman says getting the new board and sensor from LG should have fixed this. Now I get clothes that float and just spin with no agitation and not washing. Been over a month with no resolution.
