Summary: We like the various cycle options and the fact that it requires much less water than our prior washer. We have had some problems with the computer controls and will need a technician to look at it again.
Summary: I have had this machine for just over a month, no complaints, quiet, clothes come out clean. Well is quite deep, on my tiptoes to pull out the last few items, I am 5'4". Hope it has a long life.
Summary: I've been using this new washer for about 6 weeks now. So far so good. It seems to use less water. The features are interesting- sensing the weight and size of your load and filling with water based on that. I've been cautiously watching the spin cycle to see if it gets out of balance.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
Summary: Bought this just over three months ago and couldn't be more pleased. Just love how this figures out the right amount of water. Washes the clothes just fine. It has dropped our water bill already.
Summary: After a considerable amount of research, we decided to purchase the LG WT1201 CW top loading washer. It is easy to use and our laundry is definitely clean. It is amazing that such a small amount of water & detergent can do such a nice job.
Summary: I really like the deep tub, but I am average height, anyone shorter would need a stepstool. I am using the "medium" setting for the spin cycle due to the issues with balance. I am happy with the washer so far.
Summary: Since we have only had the unit (we also bought the dryer) for only 2 months, it's too soon to provide an excellent rating in all categories. After a year of use, that is likely to be possible. We check with Consumer Reports for such major investments.
Summary: I've owned the washer for about 8 months and, overall, am satisfied but there are some features that need improvement. I like the fact that the controls are at the front of the machine and there are many options. One option that I think should be added is water level.
