Summary: Lasted 10 months with light use of one person. Called for repair just befor vacation to report trouble with lg. Called after I returned and lg is telling me waranty is up and they will get back with me. They wanted me to fax proof of purchase etc.
Summary: I have been using this washer for over a year now. It is expensive but it is what my wife wanted. It can spin up to 1400 RPM. What does this mean? It means your laundry will come out drier and it will take less time to dry your laundry.
Summary: Bought the machine in September 2011 and it lasted a little more than 30 days. The machine kept on giving me an LE error. I would not expect that kind of failure for such an expensive machine. LG sent the repairman 3 times and replaced two parts to get it fix. It is working thus far.
Summary: Washer washes fine. Machine is quiet and uses a small amount of water. However after just four months there is rust developing around the dispenser tray and the drain tube door. LG trying not to replace machine just touch it up. Their service tech said to replace the machine. Time will tell.

The problem is with the front control panel, the lettering that is silk screened with the various settings around the control knob rubbed off after I brushed my fingertip against it. Summary: We purchased the LG WM3875HVCA washer exactly four months ago. Last week it stopped working and when a repair man came out to assess the problem he found that it needs to have multiple major parts replaced (i.e. inner tub, outer tub, circuit board, etc).
