Summary: I only had the washer for six months and the start button has completely fell inside the machine. I had to use a utensil to turn it on. This is unacceptable being that I'd paid a lot of money for this. I just hope the Protection plan I'd brought will cover to get it fix.
Summary: We wanted an old school washer, like the one we were replacing with an agitator. This GE washer fit the bill. The only drawback the internal water thermometer has the hot wash only able to reach 100 degrees...I am use to a much hotter wash cycle than that.
Summary: My previous 3.6 GE scrubbed like a champ, had a 2nd rinse, and plenty of water. I had to have it fixed a few times but I was happy with it. Now that it died I ordered this over-engineered wimpy no-**** model to replace. NOT HAPPY. 1. the 'agitator' barely moves, even in the 'heavy duty' cycle!
