Eight months, then it died. Warranty covers nothing

Summary: Frigidaire built trash. Can't believe I spent $ for this. For $100 month I could have used bundle service instead of waiting for repairs on this unit. Really, I am aghast at this unit. It leaks, stops, pump breaks. Service is horrible. Never ever again.
Plan to get a sturdy salad spinner if you buy this lemon!

Summary: This is my second Frigidaire washer. The first one was great and worked well for over ten years. I have had this model for about 18 months. About a quarter of the time, the spin cycle malfunctions, and I have to deal with a pile of soggy laundry. Sometimes I am able to "trick" this stubborn machine into running the spin cycle on the second or third try, but often I end up spinning my wet laundry by hand in a specially dedicated salad spinner.
Summary: Frigidaire missed it on this one. I had a Frigidaire for 12 years and was very happy with it which is why I bought another. Too bad they removed the front access panel on this model. Now you have to disassemble the entire machine to get at the filter or pump. If you need to clean out coins, hair, lint, or that other stuff that goes through the washer you'll have to take the machine apart.
Summary: Buy the warranty if you buy Frigidaire Washers, mine is two years old and has broken down 4 times now. It also does not wash real dirt off jeans. My husband is in construction and nothing gets clean.
Conclusion: This is without a doubt the worst washer I've ever owned! My clothes never seem to get clean. The basic wash cycle takes forever to finish. The final spin itself takes nearly 15 minutes when the timer says only 2 minutes left and my clothes are still very wet even after an extra spin cycle. Add to that the fact that I have to tear it apart every 2 months to clean an impossible to reach filter that fills up with slimy gunk that I have no idea where it came from.
Conclusion: I have an affinity washer, I paid a premium price for what I thought would be a long lasting quality product. After only 2 years of service the main control board failed - an expensive replacement. After searching the web I have discovered this is a common problem with the Affinity. Many customers with as little as a year of service are reporting this problem.
Summary: The instructions are poor. I have no clue how much to put in, although the sales man showed me that 13 towels fit. They fit, they just don't wash. As best I can estimate the capacity that the machine actually washes is about half what is claimed. There are 4 dispensers for soap, bleach, etc. I have no idea which one is associate with which cycle. The 'whitest white's' cycle suddenly changed to a shorter wash cycle. The machine frequently does NOT dispense the soap.
Summary: I have had my washer/dryer set for a little over 2 years and the washer broke. It will not spin and will not drain. There are just two of us so not that much laundry is needed and it cannot handle this workload. Do NOT buy this washer. It will break after a year or two of minor use. The cost to fix is the same to buy a new washer. Most reviews have this same problem.
Summary: I bought a Frigidaire Affinity set like this one, new, about a year and a half ago at a different local retailer. I exchanged a Whirlpool Duet for the Affinity set after discovering that the Duet machines were too deep to fit in my very small (older construction) laundry closet and be able to close the closet door. I have the dryer on top of the washer and it's attached via a stacking kit.
Summary: The washer was defective immediately. I washed a load of laundry as soon as the delivery team left my house. The spin cycle never worked and I tried several times to get it to spin. I exchanged this washer for an LG which has worked very well.
