Summary: My 5 month old washing machine was making terrible noise and drum not spinning. Called customer service and had repair service set up. Not only was the time they gave me incorrect, but a completely different company came out than what I was told.
Summary: Hate It!! This is my first experience with an Electrolux product and I was looking forward to owning one. I purchased the 4.3 Cu. Ft. Front Load Washer with IQ-Touch™ Controls featuring Perfect Steam in March and had it installed on the 23rd (2015).
Summary: Stay away from Electrolux. I purchased a similar pair from the home depot back in 2011 and it has been a disaster. The pulley that drives the tub on the washer is not securely fastened to the shaft causing it to wobble and come loose during the spin cycle.
Summary: Purchased the set in 2012. Both started out fine, but by 2015, both had electrical problems, had several different service technicians come out, replaced mother board, but still would not work. Both dryer and washer kept getting error codes to call for service.

Summary: Washer started malfunctioning 6 months after purchase - "no water" message with completely functioning water supply. After 3 repairs with main board and other parts replacement washer started failing right away. Electrolux refuses to replace falty model.
Excerpt: I purchased this dryer from a Sears Outlet less then two months ago and in these 52 days my dryer has worked a total of 8 days. I have had a repair person come to my house for either a diagnosis or a repair a total of five times in the short 7 weeks that I have owned this machine.
Summary: I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from this store at Lowe's in Dec 2012 and paid extra for the extended 4-year warranty (thankfully). In June 2014, I had 5 service calls. The first gent damaged my unit, the second and third guys didn't know what they were doing, and the last 2 service calls...
