Summary: The many design flaws include: - Mold and mildew problems because of gasket design. Clothes come out smelling terrible. - It's possible to open door to position that puts stress on flimsy plastic trim. This broke during normal use in first month.
Summary: When I purchased this machine I was told by Pacific Sales that it was the best on the market. They convinced me to buy it and I've had nothing but problems. Aside from the mold that everyone complains about, the machine cleans poorly. It shakes the house when on spin cycle.
Summary: Overpriced and filthy with mold in a matter of months. And yes I left the door open all the time when not in use. It also very frequently doesn't spin the clothes. I can not count the times I have had to put dripping wet clothes in my dryer for hours!
Summary: stopped working code shows 6c sump is clogged but there is nothing in the product literature to tell you how to fix it called them up THERE IS NO TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE DEPARTMENT they wanted to send someone out god only knows what that would cost went on youtube and it was all laid out for me fixed...
Summary: I wouldn't recommend this product (and therefore any BOSCH washing machine) to anyone. Anyone who buys a Bosch washing machine after reading reviews or doing the minimal amount of research is an idiot.

Summary: 1st of all I would NEVER purchase another BOSXH appliance against as long as I live. We have had our BOSCH washer for 4 years. Paid $1100 for this washer and 4 weeks ago it broke right before Christmas. The door locked up as I was starting a load. Made a terrible noise.
Summary: In 2007 we purchased a front load washer (WFL2090UC) & dryer (WTA441OUS) and have had numerous problems with both machines. There are only 2 people using these machines. The washing machine, 7 yrs. old now needs at least $350 in repairs. The mold problem is also an issue in the washing machine.
Summary: -Clothes smell completely putrid after washing. -The manual says don't use bleach as it will ruin the washer. -Shakes the house on the spin cycle. The main problem is the putrid mildew smell. It was fine for about 1 year. Now, to avoid the putrid smell (REALLY strong).
Summary: I had this washer and dryer. In 8 years the washer was fixed 12 times. Finally American tv owned up to it and gave me a gift card to purchase another washer. We had to go with the Bosch again,,,,,why you ask, because the washer plugs into the stupid dryer with a european plug.
