Summary: This washing machine I have to say washes better than most heavy duty machines nowadays. So I am not disappointed in the functionalty of the machine. What I am disappointed in is the fact that it leaks water and that the clothes come out so wrinked from the spin that I have to iron everything! For a portable machine it does not roll well on carpet.
Summary: I was skeptical about this washer but now that I have it I can't believe I've lived without it. I am in dreamland! It works sooooo well, better than my mother's large Maytag heavy duty machine. My building doesn't allow 220 volt hook-ups(this is 110-volt, plugs in) so this was perfect for my small condo. The clothes are so perfectly clean that the machine is worth triple what I paid. I also bought the dryer and it too is GREAT!!! A GIFT FROM HEAVEN!
Pros: Adjustable Settings, Clean Clothes Well, Energy Efficient, Large Capacity, Quiet
Summary: I just had this thing installed for one week. I used to have a Avanti W789 which I used for 4 years and sold at craigslist. This new one is slightly taller and bigger with more capacity inside. It also works better and quieter than the earlier machine. I hope it lasts as long or more as my old one. So far it works excellent and I am happy with it.
Pros: Adjustable Settings, Clean Clothes Well, Energy Efficient, Large Capacity, Spins Clothes Dry
Summary: This washer is also sold as Zerowatt xqb55-526. It holds a surprising amount of laundry and is easy to set up. It was really quiet and got most of the water out of the clothes so air-drying doesn't take long. It plays a cute digital song when the clothes are done! One problem is the drainage hose, which you have to put in your sink, is short, so you have to wheel the washer right up to the sink. No more laundromat!
