Summary: Not realising that the voltage was set for USA and not Australia I am unable to use itt at the present time until I can find a transformer or voltage step up to 240 volt and not 120 volt, unless I can purchas one from you at a reasonable cost. I would give you 5 stars for delivery and handling, comunication with your client I would however like to see information on the voltage and wattage or not suitable outside the USA.
Summary: THIS IS A GREAT WAFFLE MAKER. I LOVE IT AND MY WAFFLES COME OUT GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH IT WAS, WHEN YOU FIRST USE IT, IT MAKES THE HOUSE SMELL LIKE BURNT PLASTIC BUT THE SCENT DOES NOT GET ON YOUR FOOD.
Summary: This is a terrible product!!! Yes, the price is nice but if you use it often it will not last long. It does not cook evenly, can be very messy if you use just a little too much batter, and eventually will start smelling like chemical when you use it. That's what made me toss it in the garbage. The only bonus to this waffle iron was it made perfect size waffles for my toaster so I could make large batches and freeze them for a quick breakfast.
Summary: I generally don't purchase "one function only" appliances, as they inevitably end up in my appliance graveyard. However, it seemed like a fun holiday activity for the children and their cousins so I risked the ten bucks and bought it. Technically, it performed the basic task of making waffles, but the heating is very uneven so if we wished to avoid burnt middles, we ended up with the doughey corner that had to be discarded.
