Summary: Nice phone. It will work with Vonage/Vocalocity but they do NOT support it. Do not switch to Vonage for Business unless you have a staff person prepared to spend hours learning how to be a phone technician - hours on the Vonage web site, hours reading the separate Yealink manuals, hours learning terms like SIP, BLF, DSS Key, Soft Key, etc., and hours on hold waiting to speak with a Vonage technician.
Summary: Our company is new to VOIP and this was bought for our front line receptionist. She has taken to the phone quickly and it has all the features we could want. THe quality of the phone is high and the call quality is also very good. Our VOIP provider was able to auto provision it so the setup was a piece of cake.
Summary: The phone works very well. The call clarity is exceptional (providing the VOIP connection is solid). I also enjoy the ability to update ring tones and customize the screen images. I've been using the phone since Fall of 2012 and it has provided excellent service.
Summary: I have been using this phone for a while and I'm very happy with it. Yealink seemed to get it right by combining features from Cisco and Polycom as can be seen from the looks and the interface. The downside is that the provisioning is far from perfect. On this they should emulate Aastra in my opinion. Would only buy again for small environments where provisioning is not that important.
Summary: I bought this IP phone thinking that I would use it as a regular phone (POTS). WRONG! This phone ONLY works on the internet and cannot make regular phone calls. It would have been nice if the description of the phone would have included that bit of information other that just saying that it is an IP phone. I have learned my lesson about IP phones. I returned the phone at my expense.
Summary: I set this up with a VOIP provider as a endpoint in my home office and it worked perfectly once I figured out some of the intricacies of setting up SIP. Well built, highly configurable via the color screen or web interface. Speakerphone is clear in both directions. Love the dedicated rj headset port.
Summary: Solid device, well built, decent LCD viewing angels, good sound Works Excellent with vanilla Asterisk. All functionality is there and is easy to configure (apart from Asterisk configuration of course) and use. Excellent web control panel. Have over 20 units in production environment. Using T38G, T28P and T26P models. No issues. Great sound. Will recommend and buy more. Only thing that disappoints is lack of quick way to access remote phone book ...
