Summary: For the price these are great phones for FreePBX. The basic set up is simple, and the configuration file took a few minutes of digging to completely understand its layout. The color screen is beautiful, and with some work we were able to build out own application to send information to our sales...
Summary: Nice phone. It will work with Vonage/Vocalocity but they do NOT support it. Do not switch to Vonage for Business unless you have a staff person prepared to spend hours learning how to be a phone technician - hours on the Vonage web site, hours reading the separate Yealink manuals, hours learning...
Summary: Our company is new to VOIP and this was bought for our front line receptionist. She has taken to the phone quickly and it has all the features we could want. THe quality of the phone is high and the call quality is also very good.
Summary: The phone works very well. The call clarity is exceptional (providing the VOIP connection is solid). I also enjoy the ability to update ring tones and customize the screen images. I've been using the phone since Fall of 2012 and it has provided excellent service.
Summary: I have been using this phone for a while and I'm very happy with it. Yealink seemed to get it right by combining features from Cisco and Polycom as can be seen from the looks and the interface. The downside is that the provisioning is far from perfect.
