Good phone for office, speaker phone not as good as headset.

Summary: Good phone. I've been using it a year and a half with little to complain about EXCEPT the speaker phone quality. People on the other end say that they can definitely tell when I'm on speaker and when I'm using the headset. I've given professional talks using the phone but the talk moderators always require me to use the headset because of the muffled quality on the speaker phone. This is a minor inconvenience.
Summary: It has terrible speakerphone quality. People on the other side can barely hear anything. I bought this primarily for the speakerphone. The speaker phone never worked properly. Regular mouthpiece works great. This is supposed to be HD quality voice. My cheap home phone has better speaker phone quality.
Summary: I use this phone 8+ hours a day for work. This is without a doubt the best IP phone I've ever used. Coming from using mostly Cisco IP phones (7000 series), I was a bit skeptical of going to a Polycom. But without a doubt it was a good move for me. It's half the price of a Cisco, and the speakerphone is far superior to Cisco. The people on the other end of the calls have told me the speakerphone is crystal-clear, even better-sounding than the handset.
Summary: I decided on this phone after reading others reviews, and deciding to DUMP my Cable Company for the LAST time for Phone Service. Over all I'm completely satisfied with this phone the call clarity is amazing with my new Ring Central VoIP Service! Although it took the Tech at RC about an hour's to perform the initial configuration process.
Summary: I got these phones on special when I ordered my VOIP PBX Cloud system, I will not say with who as they are not paying me to advertise for them, and this is a review on the phone not their service. Anyways the phone is decent. My complaints are: The phone base slides a lot on my desk and I need to solve a way from stopping it from sliding when I dial. The Power Connector when falls out a lot when I reposition my phone because of all the sliding.
Summary: The phone gets DNS errors and takes about 2 minutes to reboot. in the meantime I am missing customer calls and losing business. I found that the Comvoice HD telephone is higher quality and value at $150.
Summary: This phone is outstanding. we replaced our cisco VoIP phones with PolyCom, and could not be happier. the HD voice quality is so much better. Setup and maintenance is very easy, you do NOT need a static IP to support this, and they pretty much work on any high speed line. we no longer have to worry about cisco's VoIP protocol.
