Misleading description

  • Summary: I'm used to working with the Polycom 331, and I'm sure the Polycom 321 will work just fine... but I don't know because this phone didn't come with a power supply. I can't seem to find anywhere in the description that states this phone doesn't include a power supply.

Solid quality. No switch. POE or Power Brick?

  • Summary: Solid phone, lighter and smaller than the older Polycoms also has a two column display (older ones had 4). Also it dose not come with the 48v DC power adapter as it is for connecting via POE which I didn't notice when I bought it, I was able to find a power adapter at another website for about $30,...
