Summary: This unit is very well built. It looks and feels like a high end business desktop phone and works perfectly with the Lync 2010 & 2013 Client. If you have any users (especially older) on the fence about switching to a soft phone client, this is the perfect solution.
Summary: Company has replaced deskphones with Communicator and supplied headsets. I can't wear the headset all the time, so when I get a call, I have to put on the headset and push the button to answer - often I miss the calls and this is cumbersome. This device gives me back a desk phone.
Summary: My company uses MS Office Communication Server (OCS) and I was looking for a speakerphone to replace my corded headset setup- ended up with this as my solution. This thing works so well that I dropped my VOIP service and got read of my other phone.
Summary: We have Lync 2010 and running the Lync 2013 client. We normally use a Plantronics Voyager Pro UC headset. I noticed my boss using his land line to join Linc meetings, so he could use the Speaker Phone. I have the CX100 usb speaker phone for traveling but he did not. I got him the CX300 for his desk.
