Logitech Cordless Internet Handset

12 May 2007
  • Conclusion: I've been playing around with this phone for a couple of days now and I'm yet to notice any problems - no echo problems, no strange delays, no hiss, no unwanted noise - except when you go out of range then the screen flashes and the phone beeps. I'm also pretty content with the range - no problem to do calls from your flat or something, as well as the basic functions. The screen does everything you want, menus are simple and it's color, as well, which looks pretty good.

Logitech Cordless Internet Handset for Skype

PC Magazine
27 March 2007
  • Conclusion: This decent Skype phone provides good audio quality, but for the price, it should work with an analog phone line as well.
  • Pros: Good single-purpose Skype phone. Color display.
  • Cons: Limited range, no Mac or Linux support, a bit pricey, requires a PC for setup and Skype service.

  • Summary: I use Skype for talking to both friends and increasingly to business people who add their Skype details to business cards. Here I can roam while talking.
