Summary: It is supposed to be plug-and-play, meaning you plug it, there is a little phase of starting up, configuration and settings and off you go, your cisco IP-Phone becomes wireless. I needed more than 20 hours of pruf and checking and testing via webex by Cisco Small Enterprise Support to get it to run.
Summary: I have tried both the polycom and this. I have found this to be more intuitive for both the administrator and the user. This supports 6 lines compared with 2 for the polycom. No need to dial # or dial key if not dialing 10 digits.
Summary: This phone is one of the best VOIP phones that I have come across. It is very easy to setup and understand after the initial setup which is also very easy. The web interface used to program this phone is simply amazing.
