Summary: I've had this phone for nearly a month, and it is great, The connection with the base works very fine most of the time, Just like in three or four occasions I the phone didn't sense the base, so I had to turn off and then turn on again the phone, this works fine for me. It doesn't has a lot of options to customize, but for my pursposes, I didn't regret that so much.

Summary: One of the biggest problem people are having with this phone is from the supplied batteries. Batteries included are really cheap and bad quality. Even if you charge it for 14 hours, they hold charge barely. Replace them right away. Once you installed the phone, it will automatically sync the time and the Skype directory to your handset. You can also call numbers not in the directory by pressing 00 first. Pros: -Uses ordinary batteries -Good range.
Summary: I bought this at Frys a week back for $35. The configuration was easy although it took some time to figure out that having base station attached would mute your PC sound and to reactivate it you have to stop and start CIT program. Over all it works well. Make sure you charge it for 14 hours for first time. I had minor issues with batter but it corrected itself.
Summary: We currently live overseas and our skype phone is our lifeline back to the US. I just ordered our third Linksys CIT 200 phone. Please bear in mind that one phone was submerged in water and had to be replaced. But for two and a half years - these phones have worked well for us. If you are dropping calls - I would suggest that it is your internet connection. If the phone is not installing - then it may be your operating system. The CIT 200 is a non-VISTA phone.
Summary: this product is very nice, and beats IM by miles... as a previous reviewer had stated, you really should restart your computer after installing it onto the computer, for it to load on... also, the sound quality, although not perfect, is very good, for how cheap this phone is. everything i needed was there, the instructions are hard to follow, asthey give no real information on how-to, so you really have to read everybodies review, or monkey around with it first.
Summary: Great device .. I wasa expecting a phone that I can connect direct to my wireless lan ( or wired ) without need to turn on my PC .. un lucky that's aren't the right model .. My fault .. off course yes, maybe for future I will know but for all that are searching for a skype phone, that you don't need to keep your PC conected aren't the right model. All other functions are fine ..
Summary: I have used the CIT200 as my main phone for about 16 months now. It has been a great little handset. The sound quality is pretty good. Positives: *Price *Sound quality Negatives: *Driver on PC will crash occasionally *Battery on phone is almost done. I can only get a maximum of 30 mins usage on a full charge now. *I personally don't like the menu. Kinda confusing. *PC must be on constantly (Time to upgrade to a CIT400!!!
