Summary: This is a GREAT computer speaker. I use it at work because we have Microsoft Lync and much of the meetings are via computer now. The computer speaker was completely inadequate and hard to hear. This speaker is clear, seems to diminish background noise and is incredibly easy to use. I do wish I had bought the bluetooth version but that'll likely be the next purchase because it'd be great to use with my mobile phone.
Summary: We tested a few different speakerphones. Phoenix Duet and this one (Jabra 410) were our favorites. This one wins out for 3 reasons. 1) the look and feel was preferred 10-0 by our testers. 2) the visual volume display lights around the edge, and visual mute indicator. Awesome 3) its inexpensive and high quality. It got the best marks from our testers for voice quality in our tests. Only the Duet did as well.
Summary: I bought this after fighting with the in-house phone conference system, and not always being able to get a conference room with teleconferencing facilities. I now use it as a matter of course and think it is great. It is quick and easy to set up with plug-and-play; the speaker is loud and clear, and the microphone seems to work pretty well.
Summary: I used to think using the laptop speakers and mic were good enough for conf calls, but after using this baby for few weeks, I see the error in my ways. Easy to take with me, great voice quality both ways, and automatically integrates with Lync.
Summary: I have had this speakerphone for several months now and I am very, very impressed with the quality of the audio output and the quality of the microphone. I use it for remote working and teleconferences, and just have it sitting on my desk just in front of my monitor. Audio quality is excellent, and I have never had a problem with others hearing me when speaking in a normal voice. Audio controls on the outside ring work great as well.
