Summary: I purchased this device for remote conferences at work - where I was having extreme difficulties in knowing whether or not I was muted. I bought it almost exclusively for its ring of red lights that illuminate when it is illuminated and its reasonable price point. The receiving sound quality is excellent. I also enjoy its form factors. I've been told that the audio received from it tends to be a bit muffled (Charlie Brown-esque) but don't often get complaints.
Not a very flexible device but good at what it does...

Summary: I use this for Lync and it does that well - it's reliable - I take it on the road and it's pleasing for just me in a hotel room or a conference room of people. But it doesn't replace the need for speakers for music or headset for general phone use or any other need - it just does the one thing.. . but it does that one thing well.
Functionally designed product; a bluetooth version is available

Summary: Pros 1) Speaker clarity is clear and has accurate sound reproduction. 2) USB connectivity; an updated version using bluetooth instead is available currently through Jabra. 3) Volume increase is clear with white LED display progression clockwise around perimeter. 4) Answer function has one button press. 5) Compact neoprene travel/storage case. 6) USB cord winds around base. Cons 1) Microphone output on recipients end appears loud.
Summary: We use this product at work with Lync and it is much better than the one we were using previously. Sound is great on both sides. The only thing I don't love about it is the cord is permanently attached to the speaker phone so you can't just switch it out for a longer one.
