works fine

Damion K., Newegg
13 October 2015
  • Summary: originally bought it because it was cheap and didn't care if it wouldn't work with our system. pleasantly surprised.
  • Pros: Cheap IP phone. Able to connect to Switchvox phone system. I have bought 3 of these phones now and they make a great alternative basic phone.
  • Cons: None really. It took an hour to figure out the first time to connect to our phone system. Not a problem with the phone, just pushing the envelope on its normal use.

NO POE

Laureano S., Newegg
14 January 2013
  • Summary: These phones are usually deployed as quick access phones. In a shop, at an entrance ...etc. Having power in those places is usually impossible. It's cheaper to buy a standard analog phone 20$ + a SPA2212 (PAPT2) at 40$ this phone is 60$ + a 40$ adapter...makes no sense.
  • Pros: Good quality
  • Cons: -MAJOR, no POE. You need a POE splitter 40$

R. Lowe "LandieMan", Amazon

  • Summary: I have just bought one of these and got it working nicely on my SIP system. Solid construction as you would expect from Cisco, a feeling of quality no cheap nasty plastics. The sound quality is good, the buttons nice and solid.

Simon, Amazon

  • Summary: I have been using Sipgate for years via Gigaset cordless phones as or home phone solution but I wanted to add the same line in other locations at a low price and this has done the job very well. It has very good build quality and set up was easy once I found it on my network through a IP Scanner.

The cheapest way into IP Telephony?

AJ Herts, Amazon
11 September 2013
  • Summary: Surprisingly, you might think, I am not planning on using these phones for connection via the Internet to an IP phone provider. They are part of an off-line PBX (Private Branch Exchange) project based on the single-board Raspberry Pi Linux-based computer, using the RasPBX software based on the much...

Je to Cisco...

Iksik, CZC
3 February 2013
  • Excerpt: Cisco...co dodat? Člověk aby byl zkušený profesionál nebo aspoň nadšenec, aby to píchnul do switche a do elektriky, napsal někam přihlašovací údaje svého poskytovatele a mohl telefonovat. Já jako mírně pokročilý laik js…
