Summary: This was my final email to the fifth Cisco engineer who couldn't make this phone work on either of two large VOIP networks. "I am using it for work and you obviously didn't read my last response. Cisco has had ample time to affect repairs and couldn't. I have wasted, days, literally days, working with multiple people and you can’t fix it and won’t do anything to make it right. I’m out money, time and boatloads of aggravation due to your faulty product.
Summary: Excellent phone. Inexpensive but full featured. The lights are over the top bright and colorful which makes the phone status easy to see from a distance. Great for a business where you don't sit in front of the phone but need to see what is going on. Recommended.
Summary: phone it self is quite good. clear sound and quite easy to set up providing you get help from comunications provider. one thing is quite tricky is forwarding calls to another person. this is a 3button operation, unless there is a simpler option which i do not yet know of. so far so good. just made one mistake ordering 12 line phone thinking that each phone comunicates between themselves where all is being done via calls to different lines.
