Do no buy M2 Micro SD cards for this recorder- Unless things have changed.

Summary: This is a good tape recorder. Just beware. When you want to buy an SD card to supplement the memory, just get a normal micro SD card - do not get an M2 micro SD - it won't work with this recorder. I know. Ridiculous, since the SD slot says M2 Micro SD.
Summary: This works well, however, I noticed it pauses automatically from time to time. I want to think its a feature that pauses the recording when sound its not recognized, but this is too cheap for that.
Summary: Well the noise cut function on the actual recorder is cool, as I have to record minutes from meetings where people are eating, clanking things, moving chairs around, etc, but the transcription software is just completely useless. Completely. Useless.
Summary: I use speech-to-text regularly on my laptop, so my negative report on the Dragon software is NOT the result of inexperience or improper use! Their software, though widely advertised, is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! I can't say anything positive about their customer service, either...
Summary: Very handy, good product, I just deeply regret one thing : It is complicated to see the duration of a message AND the recording date AND the recording time. You have to go in the menu, then select one of these display modes, and then go back to the message and start playing it...
