Summary: USB cable doesn't fit securely and keeps disconnecting. If you want to use the software, you pretty much need someone to hold the little connector in the recorder while you're working on the computer. Returned the item.

Summary: I bought this to record lectures at college. The button control is not user friendly. The middle play button doubles as a toggle stick that you can push up, down, left, and right but its very hard to push it in the direction you want it to go.
