A joy to use. Very well designed.

Summary: This is an incredible voice recorder. The aesthetics of the device including the user interface and menu system are unmatched. Although I haven't yet done extensive evaluation of the recordings and recording modes they seem to be of very good quality.
Summary: I have both the DVT7000 and its upgraded version DVT8000. I got them for my mom in her eighties as a HEARING AID. It is unbelievably excellent in a table setting with the 360 mike on the table - at home or in a restaurant. No squealing sounds, batteries are a non issue, the amplifier strong, and the reproduction quality excellent. The professional fitted, many more time expensive, and sound quality not comparable (not good) hearing aid sits in the box.
Summary: Seems to have a lot of features for the end user I purchased this device for. It is for work and has worked well for us over the older unit we had which was tape and the batteries seem to drain fast on the older unit over this model. It worked for us.
Summary: I like it! Nice features for a recorder in this price range. Sound quality is good for voice / lectures / sermons. Live music isn't bad either. Overall happy with purchase. Are there better out there? Probably. But we weren't willing to pay twice as much for just a little better quality.
