Summary: I found this voice recorder to be very easy to use, and straight forward in terms of uploading files onto my computer. The recorder has some good features, but I used it just for basic recording, file management, and uploading. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who asked.
Can't Recommend this or any other Panasonic Voice Recorder

Summary: There is nothing wrong with the hardware. It is a fairly straight-forward implementation. My beef is software. Panasonic records in a proprietary format. It requires proprietary software to transfer your recordings from the device to any computer.
Summary: I bought this a few years back. I expected it be a simple machine that was easy to function. It is to a point but there are some functions that are more complicated than they should be or that do not work they way they are supposed to function. Operating the clock is a chore and a pain.

Summary: Owned it for 6 months and because of this great machine, I made all A's on my exams. My professor did not assign books, therefore it was a great tool to own without writing everything the professor said. I actually listened to class while this machine was doing all the listening for me.

Summary: Hi, I've had this for a year. My computers crashed, and the "Voice Studio" software made by Panasonic, is not compatible with Windows Vista. I contacted Panasonic, as they did software updates for some of their recorders to work with the most popular operating system, Windows Vista.
