    I like the product because I find it the right size for easy use - I can find the control keys easily even in the dark in bed, as I play relaxation tapes before going to sleep. It has a very good sound. I compared it to a small recorder my husband has, and the sound on his is not realistic like this one though his is lighter in weight, but the sound was "tinny."     Put batteries in...put tape in....couldn't get tape out! I had a Panasonic like this before & it worked fine. Bought some new 'C' batteries, but that wasn't the problem. Wish there was a DC cord in the box. Read more

    I would have given this item 5-stars, however the counter is not reliable (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't). [...] Other than that, all of its features work properly. It plays my old cassette tapes with no problem especially my educational & instructional ones. Read more
