Summary: I bought this on Amazon when the price was only $99 with free shipping, I noticed the price has gone up to $200 a year later and I can see why, this video card is amazing I am using it on a linux desktop computer and I have a external bluray player hooked on it and the movies play in such amazing quality.
Summary: My son's video game was nearly unplayable until we got this video card. Star Wars: Ultimate Sith Edition runs about as smoothly as it can on our system now. There are still a couple of hiccups now and then but they are due to other factors, not the video card. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a low-profile card for 3D games.
Summary: I bought this to replace an old Nvidia GeForce 7600GT, I needed the low-profile size to fit in a home theater PC. I also use it to play RPGs. "Dragon Age" (one of the new graphics-intense RPGs of choice) is surprisingly good looking, as is Mass Effect 2. The old family favorite "Oblivion" is breathtaking. A great buy for a HTPC also being used as a gaming rig.
Summary: A great card in a low-profile design!!!!! Choices are small when you have a slim case ( HP S3320F ). The card requires min 270 Watt power supply, which requires modification and a larger power supply. The card is silent and also doesn't put off much heat. Works very well. I used the card to hook up my two HP w2207. One with DVI to DVI and the other is DVI to HDMI. Ran benchmark with the on board video and then again with this card and blows the scores out of the water.
