  • Why is it telling me to use cleaning cassette?

    VCR (JVC HR-VP59U)was working OK. I put a tape in to watch and the audio came on but no video. After a while the message "Use Cleaning Cassette" came on the screen. I used a head-cleaning tape but that didn't solve the problem. Tried different tape with same results.
