For a small 2 bedroom hours, much easier than an upright and really powerful too - and great for dog hair

Summary: Don't be deceived by the small size - this thing packs a lot of power. Brilliant on carpet and laminate in our small 2 bed house. Adjustable bristles collects dog hair really easily - we have a very hairy Sheltie who leaves clumps of hair wherever he goes - so this is ideal.
Summary: Steer clear of this machine, powerful yes, reliable no, I had three replacement motors in less than two years - it doesn't even stand up to being used just once a fortnight! I've also noticed the new 'upright' Vax at my tennis club is already proving problematic, best avoid the machines made by this...
Summary: Works quite well but with two problems. 1: You will spend your life cleaning out the filters which seem to clog if you even look at them. Every time I use it the filters need unblocked and I wouldn't be surprised if I'd spent more time cleaning the filters than using the vacuum cleaner.
Summary: Like a lot of other people I wanted to choose a high wattage vacuum cleaner before the EuroStasi stuck their oar in ! My Daughter had a Vax high wattgage cleaner and advised me of the VAX C89-P7N-P Power 7 pet cylinder cleaner. I could be funny and say it sucks! By crikey does it SUCK!
Summary: We've had this vacuum almost two years, and it has been a decent machine. Very powerful and achieves a really deep clean. It's light, easy to manoeuvre, comes with useful tools and emptying the bagless cylinder is very quick and simple.
Summary: Absolutely great. The cable is a great length so I'm not plugging in and out all the time. The hose reaches up to our high ceilings without having to stand on a chair! All the fittings move around with you and are very handy.
