Summary: Bought one for my daughter to replace her old Shark. After seeing the quality of hers and how well it cleaned, I ordered one for myself. Good variety of attachments. The dusting attachment is better than I imagined. Long cord allows me to clean room to room. Love how the canister detaches easily.
Summary: I have had and used this vac for about six months, and am used to picking all sorts of minor flaws. This vacuum has only two: The waste container could be a couple gallons bigger. (Then I could complain about it's size.) And the real flaw: The power cord exits the unit too low.
Pros: works perfect. light weight steers easily easy to cleanout entire duct when i pickup junk.
Summary: This vacuum is light weight. I bought it in hopes that I could take it up and down the stairs. I like it so much that I keep my other vacuum upstairs and use my Shark downstairs. I use it for dog hair pickup. It picks up much better than the "other". The price can't be beat.
Summary: this vacuum works fantastic. The canister is easy to empty and clean. I empty the canister outside directly in my city trash can to avoid dust. The filter I hold under water and squeeze like a sponge to clean.
Pros: both ends of the canister open for easy cleaning
Summary: This vacuum is far and away better than the two year old Eureka bagless vacuum I had. I was shocked by how much dirt, pet hair and dust it cleaned up that my old vacuum had been leaving behind. While my old vacuum clogged regularly, this one never has.
Summary: Lightest (full service) vacuum I have ever owned. Suction is VERY good too! Separates easily for portable cleaning option. Love that I don't have to buy bags ... a BONUS. NO TOOLS NEED TO ASSEMBLE - it literally took less than 5 minutes and it was ready to GOooooo.
Summary: Used a Dyson DC15 for eight years, with warranty replace on one of the two motors at year 4, burnout on the other motor last week just at end of year 8. (I was told Dyson motors were a problem, and I should have listened.
Pros: it sucks like a good vacuum should suck is more versatile than a dyson and it lasts it's the vacuum bargain of the decade
Cons: seems a bit top heavy when just standing needs 6-foot longer cord to do whole house
Summary: I am writing this after finishing vacuum more than 2500 sq feet. I had one for years and sick of using that. I have to change the bag every time. So, this Shark is bagless, I can see the result right away. Tried to use the accessories and I can see a clean car dash board, clean car, clean steps ....
Summary: Our old Rainbow vac was giving up the ghost... Reading other reviews between the Shark and it's competitors, we took a gamble on the Shark (also having a manufacture coupon helped too) I was amazed at how much it picked up.
Pros: realy does as advertised good usefull attachments
