Summary: I bought this in Sept 2013 - after seeing the reviews at the time, it was supposed to be stellar product. Well 2 years and 2 months in, the vacuum motor has burnt out! It comes with a 2 year warranty and so guess what, I'm out 300 bucks!
Summary: DO NOT BUY!!!!! REPEAT DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Read the previous comment about the horrible customer service if you have an issue is correct. Called Samsung because I needed warranty work as the vacuum turns off after extended use and then will not work for at least an hour.
Stay far away, warranty and service suck more than this vacuum does.

Summary: Actually a pretty good vacuum functionally, but with several poor design features. Handle will not stand vertical on it's own as shown, some attachments slip on without latching and tend to fall off, and the extension pipe WILL BREAK where it attaches to the handle.
Summary: The canister is too small. The cord is too short, and the power brush just seized up. Yes, the "brush" seized up. The motor is fine but the brush will not spin. I disassembled the power head and tested the motor, which worked fine.
Summary: I bought the older model of this vacuum from Sears about 2 years ago. The telescopic wand broke already (normal usage). I don't think we could find any replacement parts. There is a Tip Top Parts Canada that have it but I believe they only sell to wholesalers. Phoned Sears this morning.
Summary: I bought this a year ago and up until two days ago I would have said it was 4 star. But the pipe connecting the hose to the power floor attachment broke and it is almost impossible to buy parts.
