Summary: Our restaurant and office had purchased Henry after trying many other vacuums. It is quiet and very powerful. House is 7500 sq feet with half hard wood floors and other half carpeted. it does the job.
Summary: The vacuum is great. It pics up dirt from carpets and hard-wood floors with ease. Full power is seldom needed, and probably not recommended on carpets. The canister does have the tendency to tip over, especially around corners.
Summary: Amazon.com's a-z fulfillment guarantee only means they'll ask the distributer: in this case aSavings, "hey, did you ship a defective product? A used item that got returned from another distributer as broken or damaged?" Asavings can and will respond, "So sorry, we don't cover that." And the manufacturer won't take back the item or deal with you: "We didn't ship this!
Summary: We love the vacuum, it works very well and has great suction! It get's some pretty heavy use in our house an it has been standing up very well. It has a very simple design and easy change bags. if you purchase replacement bags, get the HEPA flow bags as it traps dust better. We use our Henry to vacuum our cars and it works like a charm.
Summary: This vacuum is used in a manufacturing process so it is not your standard usage. This vacuum was selected because it is very quiet, great suction, and afordable. The compact size is perfect to sit under a bench off the floor. Highly recommended for commercial or residential use.
Summary: Finally I have a vacuum that is quiet and does a great job. The long electric cord is especially convenient as is the fact that it's self-storing. Since the machine was brand new, I was initially afraid of pulling out the cord too vigorously and it, therefore, came out unwillingly at first. Now Henry and I have an understanding--before I wind up his cord, I straighten it out to its full length.
