Summary: I love my Henry! He's very quiet but very strong machine. He sucks up everything. He needs some upgrades on his head, it doesn't work well on tile/wood flooring. Manual hand crank cord winder isn't attractive at all. I want it to be quick wind. He stacks every corner I go. He doesn't like to come around the corners with me. Pulling the hose doesn't work. So I have to be gentle and make him turn the corners by hand. Otherwise, everything is great.
Great vacuum if you don't have to duct tape it together.

Summary: In general, I'd say this is an excellent vacuum. Pros: Has two vacuum suction settings, for normal or extra power needed. Built like tank, so should be durable. Long power cord. Good placement of handle for carrying. Vacuum bags hold a ton, so no need to change frequently. Comes with many attachments. Main cleaning head has built in switch for carpet and bare floors.
Summary: We were in need of a small vacuum for our RV and tow vehicle. We tried the tiny Dyson canister first. We wouldn't have bought it if the shop didn't have a 30 day return even if used policy. So then we thought we'd buy the Henry as I had one back in the UK, and the suction was very powerful. Used it for the first time yesterday, and even with the 'high' power button, it wasn't a patch on my UK one.
Summary: Our restaurant and office had purchased Henry after trying many other vacuums. It is quiet and very powerful. House is 7500 sq feet with half hard wood floors and other half carpeted. it does the job.
Summary: The vacuum is great. It pics up dirt from carpets and hard-wood floors with ease. Full power is seldom needed, and probably not recommended on carpets. The canister does have the tendency to tip over, especially around corners.
