Summary: Good machine,but...hose is short, plastic handle on the hose broke after few months, fittings don't hold attachments together securely. Whole unit is difficult to maneuver. Accessories are below average in regards to quality and practicality. Very poor power cord management system. Great suction. Overall after about six months of use I went back to my 10 year old Eureka canister.
Summary: this machine has an awesome suction, its beyond what i expected, but meanwhile the performance has been above and beyond i was disappointed in the condition of George, most of the accessories that came with it has signs of being used, the Dual Scrub/Wet Pick-up Nozzle and Upholstery Extraction Nozzle showed fine scratches that accumulate over a great time of usage, one of the nozzle was cracked (still does the job)but I give and take as it could be a result of bad...
Summary: Had been told by friends how great their Henry was in England. While trying to find a new shop vac for my husband and came across George. George has major suck power. He is as good as built in home vac!

Summary: Did not work for long (about 15mins) but like a fool I accepted a percentage of the cost back because I thought I could fix it sadly that didn't work either because the carrier lost the head unit (Hermes) whilst it was being sent to the repairers so now I only have the bucket and the pipes
Fantastic machine. The wet function is incredibly good

Summary: Fantastic machine. The wet function is incredibly good, cleaning rough brick floors and very soiled carpets with ease. The huge bag for the dry (ordinary) vacuum operation and the extremely long cord make it very convenient for cleaning a big house. The only down sides are the lack of storage for the cord and the hand tools.
Summary: You can't beat the quality & reliability of the Henry range of vacuum cleaners, I've tried others & there's no comparison whatsoever, Henry wins & that's officially agreed by the Times newspaper who tested the whole range of vacuums & decided that this type was the best value for money by far. I have three now - all work perfectly where they're tasked, no matter how demanding, even in a corporate environment & daily heavy use - amazing. Recommended.
