Excerpt: I had always gotten bagless vacuums before and never one more than $100 but after the massive amounts of hair constantly clogged and then eventually killed them I decided it was time to make a change.
One of the greatest bagged uprights on the market!

Summary: We have owned this vacuum for 3 years now and still I find it to be just downright outstanding when it comes to its carpet cleaning prowess, its build quality, the quiet and REALLY powerful motor, the automatic height adjustment, and the usefulness of the twisting neck.
Summary: Purchased the Twist several months ago and early on we began experiencing clogging problems and hair collecting around the beater bar. These problems required disassembly to dislodge the clogs and the hair needed to be cut from the bar.
Summary: I;m disappointed in this vacuum. It is not good on stairs because it is very heavy and large. It is taxing to push and maneuver. I have a rather deep pile and it accumulates a strip of hair and leaves it on the carpet.
Summary: a little heavy, but you can tell it is a quality made item. the plastic on the outside leaves it feeling cheap, but the performance of this vacuum is outstanding! I've had other uprights, that were much lighter weight, and cheaper to buy, but did not clean as well as this one!
Summary: Is it possible to hear the quality of a motor? I've owned a lot of vacuums over the years but the Miele S7210 is, by far, the best. Most were really loud. None had the 'well built' sound of this machine. The fact that it is a tiny bit heavier than others has been no problem at all.
