  • Summary: Amazing work horse of a machine. I am unable to scrub with much pressure due to a cervical fusion C-3 through C-7. Now that I have recovered enough and was ready to deep clean my house once again this seemed to be the best rated machine and longest running time 45 min opposed to most only running 15 to 30 min at a time. This machine has held up to the claims. I am impressed with what an awesome job it has done on my shower and my kids bathroom.

  • Summary: Arthritis & fibromyalgia kept me from keeping my house as clean as I wanted. I originally bought this because I have quite a bit of hand pain & I needed something light & easy to use. It is definitely all that. The grease on the hood over the stove IS GONE ! The soap scum on my glass shower door IS GONE ! The crud build up where the kitchen counter & the sink come together IS GONE . The buildup inside my stove IS GONE ! My microwave shines.

  • Summary: Have tried this only once and the clip broke for the attachments to stay on the main hose however they were very nice at McCulloch and they are sending me a new machine. What i have tried so far was the shower/tub and it worked great and also tried on some throw rugs. It didn't take out old stains but did very well on most things. Can't wait to try more with this little machine, it is lightweight and easy to use.

  • Summary: For any surface that can handle it, I use this steamer to clean nearly everything. It holds a good amount of water (= constant steam), with a super-long hose that prevents me from frequently moving the unit. Attachments? This steamer has everything... I'm impressed with how well it cleans floors, walls, grout, though I'm still trying to figure out the best way to clean windows with it. My bathroom and kitchen are so clean they're practically kosher.

  • Summary: Our son is recovering from Leukemia at Duke University Hospital and his immune system is at 0% following Chemo and Radiation treatments. It was extremely important that we as parents and caregivers be sure he does not come in contact with any bacteria, germs or persons who could infect him before he recovers.

  • Summary: Out of the box the product was easy to use and did a good job. However the second time using the "mop head" attachment it stopped working. The steam was still coming out of the wand but with the mop head attached there was no steam. Upon inspection the tube that feeds the steam to the mop head attachment had come off the nub. I found this after taking apart the mop head attachment which was a pain in itself.
