Summary: Very user-friendly. Small cannister is easy to empty and wash with dish detergent. I needed a vacuum to help in the war on fleas and I seem to be winning. It's good on hardwood floors, cleaning out the cracks where critters hide.
Summary: I don't recommend this vacuum cleaner unless you happen to have an LG service center near by because their service is truly a joke. It's nonexistent. When something went wrong in a small section of the unit, they wanted me to send them the entire vacuum back. I didn't, and the problem I worked around it. Now it thinks that the tank needs emptying -- it doesn't -- and it won't reprogram itself. So it won't go on.
Summary: I had a Dyson upright that the hose broke on. I decided for the price I wasn't going to replace it. I also decided after using an upright I wanted to go back to a canister. I love this vacuum. The suction is great and it is straight forward and basic to use. I wish the cord was longer but I just figure I get more exercise when I have to unplug it and plug it in elsewhere:) I didn't like the small upholstery brush that came with it so I ordered the Replacement Dusting...
Summary: I have had mine two years and a few months. Before it was two years, old, it broke because the power switch is fragile and on the handle. The switch should be on the body of the vacuum. The company fixed it with free shipping under a 3 year warranty. They fixed it nicely. Because it was gone for several months, I had to buy another vacuum. The machine is heavy for a canister and loud. I wear gun muffs to muffle the sound. It does not move smoothly around the floor.
Works great! But you have to carry all the loose parts around.

Summary: This product deserves 5 stars, but I'm only giving it 4 because of the lack of any way to carry the different nozzle attachments. The vacuum is quiet, easy to use, and it works great at cleaning all kinds of floors. It is easy to empty and you don't have to mess with bags. Everything is very well designed, except for the fact there are 3 different attachments, but no way to carry them on the body of the vacuum.
Summary: I have done some research before buying a vacuum. My criteria was something not too expensive (less than $300), something that works good on all surfaces. We have a long haired cat and we live in the apartment with tile floors and we bought some area rugs; We are expecting a baby and I wanted a vacuum that will do a good job on removing hair and dirt. We have short haired carpet in the living room and long haired in the bedroom.
