Summary: The biggest issue with this unit is that the battery life is, at best, one large room, after 3 months of using it three times per week. It picks up moderate dirt OK, not perfect, but for maintenance usage, ok. Battery is biggest Achilles heal on this product.
Summary: In some ways The Rumba works as advertised. What we didn't appreciate is that it frequently get's wedged under two different coffee tables that we have. It also gets bogged down and needs help out of some very plush carpet that we have. Low pile carpet is not a problem.
Summary: The filters are fine. However the 6 prong brushes are so stiff that my Roomba cannot transition from hardwood to rug anymore. The brushes get caught underneath the rug every time. This did not happen with the flexible 3-prong brushes that originally came with my Roomba.
Summary: The 6-legged brushes did a better job than the iRobot brush on bare, hard floors but everything else about them was worse. It provided so much resistance against the brush motor while the Roomba was on carpet that it most often wouldn't turn at all.
Summary: clever gadget, and very interesting to watch, but it would not go over oriental carpets or throw rugs, treated them as obstacles, bumped, grumbled, and turned away. When placed on the throw rug, would whine "please put me in another room.
Summary: Product was delivered quickly and was a good price. The brushes fit onto my 780, which originally had 3 arm brushes instead of 6 arm, like these. I thought it would be better than 3, but all it did was get stuck constantly on throw rugs that it had previously gone right over without a stutter.
