I have both a Roomba and a Neato -- Roomba is much much better than the Neato

Summary: I have BOTH a Neato and a Roomba. Roomba wins hands down. I like it because it is generally trouble-free. Just plug it in, charge it and then tap it to vacuum. Dustbin is easier to clean than the Neato, also. After my Neato went dead, I tried to reseat the batteries and then re-charge it, but this didn't work. So, I'm going to see if I can return the Neato and get a 2nd Roomba for my upstairs.
Summary: I have three dogs, four cats and a chicken! I have had good luck with Roomba's and this one appears to be in line with the brand. I am only bummed when it finally dies, usually in three to four years, then I have to buy another one!
What's the point if its going to break and require maintenance?

Summary: On the first day I had this vacuum, it fell from the stairs and broke. Cliff sensors my ass! Whats the point of spending hundreds of dollars on an item if its going to give you such heartache from the get go? I'm done with all Roombas in general for atleast another 5 years.
Summary: This is the best invention since I don't know when. We named ours Nancy, and she is a hardworking girl. I have large dogs that sleep inside at night and leave their hair on the floor and rug, but Nancy finds it. I let her run every night and my floor has never been cleaner. My niece who is disabled from a stroke and was having trouble managing housework got one to help out and she loves it too, she named hers Rosie. My brother bought one also, named Charlie.
Summary: I have a 90 lb yellow lab that sheds like crazy... I got the Roomba, vacuumed the floor as normal, and called in the Roomba after that. I have 4 20x20 rooms. 2 hard 2 carpet. It does fill the bin faster than I would like, but what blew my mind was it had 4 bin fulls in the first run. I figure I will use this to supplement my vacuum as it gets places I cannot. We named her and have had a blast.
Summary: I'm a 19 yo boy who recently moved form Europe to the US. My Mother back there also have a Roomba and it's just awesome! I am pretty busy and don't have much time to clean my apartment, especially the vacuum cleaning sucks ;). After my old vacuum cleaner died (may he rest in Peace) I decided to buy a iRobot. I didn't regret it so far. I'll start it when I leave my apartment early in the morning and get back to a fully cleaned apartment in the evenig.
