Worked great... for a few months

Erin Hecht, Amazon

  • Summary: I bought this hand vac along with the Hoover LINX stick vac at the beginning of 2013. Now 6 months later, both have pretty much become useless. I loved them when I first got them.

After One Year of Light Use, It's a Sad Piece of Busted Junk

  • Summary: I had high hopes for this one, wanted to believe that you get what you pay for, and that my experience would be as good as all the good reviews said. Right away I enjoyed the great features other buyers had praised. The power head brushroll did a fantastic job on the stairs.

  • Summary: As a small battery-powered hand vacuum, this is a very nice little product. HOWEVER, I purchased it to clean up dog and cat hair off of surface areas like the sofa, pillows, quilts, etc. The brush rotates just fine until it touches a surface. So, it simply doesn't pick up any hair.

No Suction!

A. Meiske, Amazon
28 August 2012
  • Summary: Not sure if we just got a faulty product, but our Hoover Platinum LINX Pet is terrible. It doesn't pick up pet hair, or anything else for that matter, on our floors, carpets or furniture. It is a huge waste of money, especially with what they are charging for it.
