    For a canister vacuum that is priced around $60 to $70, the powerful suction of the Eureka 972b is perfect for homes with bare floors and for cleaning above floor surfaces. Homes that have thick carpeting, pets, and small children probably would prefer a vacuum designed with a more powerful brush bar. For large homes with pets or children, this makes a perfect floor, car, and quick pick up vacuum. Read more

    I am very satisfied with this compact but powerful 11 amps canister vacuum. The suction is powerful, low noise and very efficient. This is an outstanding product for its value. Design is great, storage for small apartments a great plus! Highly recommend it. Read more

    Canister vacuum cleaners come in the $49 to the $600 range. Some reviewers fault this machine for not working as well as machines in the several hundred dollar range, while it would be more apt to compare this machine to ones in the $49 range. I purchased this to replace a Eureka Rally from several decades ago.
