Excerpt: Not sure how well works on pet hair yet...we have six very hairy cats and their hair matts into the furniture and is very difficult to loosen. Just bought the pet hair one but have always owned Eureka because they work better, last longer and are actually more affordable.
Pros: Easy To Empty, Easy to Use, Lightweight, Powerful/Good Suction
Summary: The worst vacuum I've ever had. When on the bare floor setting, as you pushed the vacuum forward it would blow everything up in the air, then it would float down and land somewhere else - you just run around chasing dirt.
Excerpt: Whenever I look for a vacuum, I always try to shop for something that is specific for pets. I own four dogs, and so it's very VERY essential that I get something that cleans up the hair and dander from around my home. With this one being pet specific? I decided to give it a try.
Summary: We replaced our (still working fine) old one with a new one so have one for upstairs AND downstairs.
As noted elsewhere-slightly flimsy wheels, and the clip for the filter broke on ours (fixed with crazy glue)---but for that would be a 5 star item...
Summary: My 7 year old Eureka Upright bagless started to lose the wheels. They would just come off the vacuum cleaner. Everything else works just like the day we bought it. I've only replaced the filter once. Well time to buy another Upright Bagless Vacuum from Eureka.
Summary: I had a nearly identical Eureka for 8 years until it finally died, and loved it. The only difference with this one is the color and "pet" label. What I love about it is how accessible everything is.
