  • Summary: Thus far this has been an excellent floor steamer. I have laminate flooring in my dining room which is a main through-way for traffic (not to mention puppy paws) and it gets filthy fast. This steamer has been a life-saver.

  • Summary: I bought this because it was highly rated by Consumer Reports. Previously I had a Shark Steam mop. I was really happy with my Shark but after 3 years it quit working. They tend to get clogged up and die. So, I thought I'd try this Eureka.

  • Summary: I'm still getting use to just how long I should let it get hot before I use it. The first time I use it, I was hot enough and it did streak the floor a little. Other than than no problem. It is simple to assemble and use

  • Summary: *can be used on virtually any floor surface. *light but gets heavy when water is in it so it holds the ground- no real pressure need be applied. *it is a 3 prong- grounded plug- becareful when plugging and unplugging. *the pads are not all the same for replacement.

  • Summary: I researched steam mops before purchasing and found this one to have good reviews. The only problem I had in putting the handle together on it was in extending the pole. I don't know how it finally extended correctly, but it did.

  • Summary: Likely, as opposed to most buyers, I am among the minority that primarily bought this unit to clean my epoxy floor in our 3 car garage. Having used it once so far it really does a great job of lifting off most of the minor stains from tire treads and water stains as it runs off our cars.

  • Summary: I bought a Shark S3101 at Walmart about a week ago and tried it out and was not satisfied with it.So I brought it back. It left steaks, you really couldn't see if you were out of water, you needed a funnel to get the water into it (you had to use your own funnel).

  • Summary: This is my third Eureka Envirosteamer. The first lasted 2 months and then I waited about 4 months for a replacement through warranty service. The next one lasted a bit longer, maybe 2 years. You must be VERY CAREFUL not to tip it over or to overfill it.
