Summary: I have to say that this is probably the best vacuum I have ever purchased. I recently purchased a Shark full size vacuum and I am pleased with it as well. However, for a lightweight, cordless vacuum, this is almost comparable to the Shark.
Summary: The Electrolux was purchased for a senior who has shoulder problems and cannot push a regular vacuum. It is easy to maneuver and has sufficient power. The hand-vac feature is a plus. We were told to be sure to get the 18 volt--most power. The unit is small and self-contained.
Summary: Works perfectly on my tile floors and moves easily around corners, picks up right at the edges of the rooms, and quite powerul. The charge lasts longer than I need for 3 bathrooms, hallways and kitchen floor. Im very pleased with the performance
Excerpt: Bought one for those little quick clean-ups around the house. The 18 volt is the best little vac I've ever owned!! it even out clean the corded stick vacuum's. I bought both my daughters one for Christmas.
Summary: Awesome! Easy to use. Goes from bare floors to rugs with no effort. Stays charged to do the whole house and then some! Love the easy stand to keep it charged and neatly out of the way. Very happy with this purchase!
Electrolux MAKES GOOD ON Expensive Disappointment!

Summary: I purchased this almost exactly 3 years ago. I hate it. The suction is mediocre, it is very hard to use on carpet, and the pivoting head is a total pain in the a--!!! I have 2 older cordless models, a Shark and a Eureka Boss Lite.
Summary: We have pugs. Our vet tells us that pugs shed more than any other species of domesticated dog. We mostly confine them to the family room/nook/kitchen area of our home which has tile, wood and rug floor coverings. There is a tremendous amount of fur shed in this area every day.
Summary: We really liked this vacuum while it lasted. We purchased it in Nov 2011 to help keep our wood floors tidy without having to haul out a big vacuum every time. It could reliably sweep the first or second floor at a time before the battery gave out an expected 15 minutes into the job.
